Easy White Chocolate Fudge

It’s getting close to that time of year.  Making fudge, eating fudge, gifting fudge.  White Chocolate Fudge is a great foodie gift for the holidays. Easy to make for family and friend gatherings or as gifts.   Go buy some tins at the dollar store and fill them up with some fudge to hand out to family, friends, teachers, neighbors, beauticians, massage therapists, co-workers, bosses (if you like your boss, or need some brownie fudge points).  Most everyone likes some form of fudge.

Here is a recipe you could use as one of those forms of fudge.  It doesn’t take many ingredients to make and only takes 10-15 minutes to make it.  Then let chill, cut into squares and you’re done.  And whoever you give this too will love you for it.  I know I would love you if you made me some fudge. hint hint

Before we get to the recipe, I need to apologize for not taking as many pictures as I usually do.  One of my grandsons was helping me again and it was hard to watch him crank up my mixer while I was melting chocolate.  But it’s so easy, I don’t think you’ll really miss that they’re not here.

Have you ever given fudge as a gift?

    Would this work in molds

    • It can, but you have to be careful when pulling/peeling them out of the molds. The deeper the mold, the harder it will be to get out in one piece…it may smush. Let us know if you tried it and how it turned out!!

      Have a great day!!

  2. Does it need to be refrigerated?

    • Hi Marie!

Good question! No, this does NOT need to be refrigerated. It will be fine at room temp. I wouldn’t leave it in warmer temps though, so it doesn’t “melt”.

Thanks for your question and stopping by!
      Have a great day!

  3. How long does this last in the fridge? Would it be ok if I made 5 days ahead of time?

Does this need to be refrigerated? Can it sit at room temp and be shipped across the states with no spoiling. Like, how many days can this last without being refrigerated?
